CSAT carob pulp extract and carob gum (Ceratonia siliqua L.) (Spain) 68% (standardized to ≥ 25.1% Sliminoids®: ≥ 20% galactomannan, 5% inositols, ≥ 0.1% gallic acid), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), bitter melon fruit extract (Momordica charantia L.) (5% charantins), cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume) (25% polyphenols), BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.) (95% piperine), Lactobacillus gasseri LG36™ (200 billion CFU/g), chromium (chromium picolinate).
Recommended daily dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules daily, 15–30 minutes before the largest meal, with a full glass of water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
