The International Annual Event 2026! The Event will take place on October 23-25 at X-Meeting Point in Oslo, Norway. The ticket gives you access to three days filled with exclusive training, inspiring speakers including our Keynote Speakers and massive video content. The online tickets are available for purchase until 10 am CEST November 1, 2026 (you can access the recording with an online ticket).
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout Annual Event. These will be used by Zinzino for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media. By entering the venue, you hereby consent to all such filming and to unrestricted transmissions of any resulting program. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
As Crown or higher pin level*, you and your spouse are invited to attend the Annual Crown Dinner with Zinzino’s Top leaders, Management and specially invited guests on Thursday October 22. Together we will experience a spectacular evening with a first class 3-course dinner and special announcements.
When: October 22, 19.00-23.00 CEST
Where: X-Meeting Point, Oslo, Norway
* You need to be Active Crown or higher for at least one month between October 2025 - September 2026.
If you are qualified you will receive an invitation where you can register for the dinner. You also need to register for interpretation during Crown Dinner.
As pin-level Diamond and above or Top Team you are invited to the Annual Leadership Day that starts at 1 am CEST Thursday, October 22.
Take the opportunity to learn from the best! You will get a tailored training and workshop from our Keynote Speaker and bestselling author Tim Storey.
This will be free of charge for Diamonds and above and Top Team but for everyone who doesn't want to miss this day of inspiration you can buy your ticket. *Non-refundable.
You need to buy your Partner Premium Ticket to be able to buy a Annual Leadership Day ticket through our Partner Support.
*If you will get qualified to this training by becoming a Diamond or above or Top Team you can transfer your ticket(s) to another Partner. All tickets are non-refundable.
Annual Leadership Day will be interpreted to the following languages: Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Czech, Japanese and Korean.

Yes, children are very welcome to participate during the main event and during the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening but Annual Leadership Day is exclusively for qualified Partners over 18 years. Buy your ticket here

Your Annual Event ticket(s) will be available in your BackOffice. From there, you can download your ticket and add it to your Apple Wallet.
To access your ticket:
- Sign in to your BackOffice at zinzino.com using your Partner ID and password.
- Click Event Tickets in the menu on the left-hand side.
- Select your Annual Event ticket to download it or add it to your Apple Wallet.
Your online ticket(s) will be available in the BackOffice on the morning of the event.
If you purchased the ticket yourself, log in to your personal BackOffice using the Partner ID that was used to purchase the ticket. Your ticket and the latest event information will be available there.
If someone else purchased the ticket for you, the ticket will be available in the buyer’s BackOffice. On the morning of the event, the buyer will need to share your individual ticket link with you so you can access the online event.
To receive all the latest updates, follow the instructions below on the morning of the actual event. Your online ticket will be visible in your BackOffice.
- Sign in to your BackOffice at zinzino.com using your Partner ID and password.
- Click Event Tickets in the menu on the left-hand side.
- Select your online event ticket to access the event.
If you have purchased multiple tickets, you will find them displayed in a carousel under Event Tickets. On the morning of the event, copy the individual ticket link and share it with the relevant guest.
If you experience any issues accessing your ticket, please contact events@zinzino.com.
Please make sure to log in using the same Partner ID number that you used when you purchased your virtual ticket. If you continue to encounter any issues, please contact events@zinzino.com.
The recordings of the virtual main event, including interpretation, will be available approximately four days after the event.
You will be able to access the recordings from the event page through your BackOffice. We will notify you through the newsletter and BackOffice News once the recordings are available.
The recordings will remain available until January 5, 2027.
If you have an active Annual Event ticket, the recordings will be available directly on the BackOffice home page after the event.
To watch the recordings:
- Sign in to your BackOffice at zinzino.com using your Partner ID and password.
- On the BackOffice home page, you will see the event recording.
- Simply click on the video to start watching.

If I can’t attend the event and haven't purchased a ticket, can I purchase an online ticket afterwards to watch the recording?
Yes, if you purchase a online ticket after the event, you will gain access to the main event recordings (with interpretation). You can purchase a virtual ticket until 10 am CEST November 1, 2026. After you have purchased your ticket, you can access the recordings by doing the following:
• Sign in with your Partner ID & password to the BackOffice at zinzino.com
• Click Event Tickets in the menu on the left-hand side
• Click on “Watch Recordings”
If I have bought an ordinary ticket but can’t attend the event, can I get hold of an online ticket to watch the online stream?
If you have purchased a Premium Event ticket and can’t attend the event of some unexpected reason, then you can sell your ticket to someone in your team and buy an online ticket instead.
If you fail to sell your Premium ticket, send an e-mail to events@zinzino.com and inform us about your situation, then we will do our best to help you with your online ticket.
Please note: No refunds on already bought tickets.
Parking is available directly in front of the venue.
Parking rates:
- NOK 150 per 24 hours
- NOK 25 per hour
Cameras automatically read your vehicle’s registration number upon arrival and departure, and your parking session ends automatically. You do not need to take a parking ticket, and there is no risk of receiving a parking fine.
One Park offers several payment options, as described below:
- Pay at the parking machine before departure: Enter your vehicle’s registration number at the machine on P1 and pay for your parking.
- Automatic payment: Register at autopay.io for automatic payment.
- Electronic payment: Visit autopay.io within 48 hours of departure to pay without any additional fees.
- EasyPark: Parking can be paid through EasyPark, subject to an additional EasyPark service fee.
- Invoice: If you do not pay before departure, an invoice will be sent to your home address for the parking period, plus an invoice fee.
Convenient shuttle buses will be available throughout the weekend, connecting to the listed on our accommodation page to X-Meeting Point.
To make use of the shuttle service, you will need to pre-book and pre-pay for a weekend pass.
Further information about the routes and schedules, as well as a link to purchase your weekend pass, will be available soon.

The Zinzino Event Shop is located on the first floor. Here, you can purchase selected products without credits. If you would like to order kits, these can be purchased through the Zinzino webshop.

The Annual Leadership Day and the main event will be held in English. Interpretation will be available in the following languages:
Czech, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.
Interpretation equipment can be ordered through the event website.
Please note that the available languages may be subject to last-minute changes.
The Annual Event will be streamed in English, with interpretation available in the following languages:

The Annual Leadership Day will not be streamed online.
During the broadcast you need to select the interpretation language of your choice by doing the following:
• Find the “Headphone” symbol to select your interpretation language in the right corner of the broadcast video
• Click on the “Headphone” symbol to access the list of available interpretation languages
• Click on the arrow to select your preferred language
Yes, you Stream your favorite content from your phone or tablet straight to your TV. Use a Chrome browser and follow the steps as explained on the official Chromecast pages: https://video-tv-cast.com/chromecast/
Yes, you can watch the event directly on your iPhone and iPad. It works wherever you are; all you need is an internet connection. If you’d like to stream a video via Apple TV to watch it on a big screen, you can use AirPlay directly from your iOS devices.
What you need:
– iPhone, iPad, iPad mini, or iPod touch
– Apple TV
Please note: Your iOS device and Apple TV need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. For more information on how to use AirPlay, visit apple.com
No. You do not need to download any software or app to watch the Annual Event live stream.
Once you have purchased your online ticket, you will be able to access the event directly through your web browser, and the video will play automatically. The stream can be viewed on a PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.
For the best viewing experience, please make sure you have a stable internet connection.
