Access the live stream

If you bought an online event ticket, you will get access to your online ticket(s) on Friday, October 23, from your personal BackOffice.

Remember to log in with the Partner ID number that you purchased your online ticket through. If someone else has purchased your ticket for you, then your ticket information is in your buyer’s BackOffice. Your buyer will have to share your ticket with you on the morning of the actual event so you can enter the event.

Enjoy the Annual Event live stream in the language that suits you best.

To create the best possible experience for our international audience, simultaneous interpretation will be available in several languages throughout the live stream:

Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Czech, Japanese and Korean.

To select your preferred language during the live stream:

  • Click the globe icon – Languages to view the available interpretation options.
  • Select your preferred language from the list.

Please note that interpretation availability is subject to last-minute changes.

Got questions?

Your online ticket(s) will be available in your BackOffice on the morning of the event.

If someone else purchased the ticket for you, the ticket will be available in the buyer’s BackOffice, and they will need to share the ticket link with you.

How can I access my online event ticket?

  • Sign in to your BackOffice at zinzino.com using the Partner ID connected to the ticket purchase.
  • Click Event Tickets in the left-hand menu.
  • Select your ticket to access the event.

If you purchased multiple tickets, they will be displayed in a carousel in the same section, where you can copy and share each individual ticket link with your guests.

On the morning of the event, follow these steps to access your ticket:

  • Sign in to your BackOffice at zinzino.com using the Partner ID and password connected to the ticket purchase.
  • Click Event Tickets in the menu on the left-hand side.
  • Select your online event ticket to access the event.

Yes. Your online event ticket is personal and linked to the Partner ID used when purchasing the ticket.

You can access the event page on up to two devices. If you need to switch devices, simply log out from the previous device before accessing the event on the new one.

If you purchased tickets for your team, you can share each person’s individual ticket directly from your BackOffice.

Go to Event Tickets, select the relevant ticket, copy the individual ticket link, and send it to the team member who will use it.

For online tickets, we recommend sharing the link on the morning of the event so they have access to the latest event information.

The recordings of the virtual main event, including interpretation, will be available approximately four days after the event.

Once available, the recordings will appear directly on the BackOffice home page. Simply click on the video to start watching.

You will be notified through the newsletter and BackOffice News when the recordings are available.

The recordings will remain available until January 5, 2027.

Yes. You can purchase an online ticket until 10:00 AM CET on November 2, 2026. Once your ticket has been purchased and activated, you will be able to access the main event recordings, including interpretation.

To access the recordings:

  • Sign in to your BackOffice at zinzino.com using your Partner ID and password.
  • Go to Event Tickets in the left-hand menu and activate your online ticket.
  • Once activated, the recordings will appear on your BackOffice home page.
  • Simply click on the video to start watching.

The Annual Event will be streamed in English, with interpretation available in the following languages:

Czech, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.

Please note that the available interpretation languages may be subject to last-minute changes.

The Annual Leadership Day will not be streamed online.

During the live stream, you can select your preferred interpretation language directly in the video player:

  • Click the Headphone icon in the bottom-right corner of the video.
  • Open the list of available interpretation languages.
  • Select your preferred language from the list.

You can change the interpretation language at any time during the live stream.

You can watch the online from a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Yes. You can cast the event from your phone, tablet, or computer to a TV using Chromecast.

Please make sure that your device and Chromecast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Yes. You can watch the event directly on your iPhone or iPad as long as you have a stable internet connection.

If you would like to watch the event on a bigger screen, you can use AirPlay to stream it from your iPhone or iPad to your Apple TV.

No. You do not need to download any software or app to watch the Annual Event live stream.

Once you have purchased your online ticket, you can access the event directly through your web browser, and the video will play automatically.

The live stream can be viewed on a PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone. For the best viewing experience, please make sure you have a stable internet connection.
